IJCWtbK - scratchboard

Edit: made a bit darker, it was a bit too bright before.

project done for school.

i did a practice scratchboard one that didnt come out the way i wanted it to : [link]
the eye was way too close to the nose. thus, i did wat everyone else was doing, and traced my original sketch (linked below) (everyone else was tracing the reference photo, which i felt was cheating) only to get the distance from the nose to the eye correct. everything else was drawn by reference.

also, the texture of this scratchboard and the practice one were completely different, and this one couldnt catch the detail of each individual hair unlike the last one. either way though, its "silver" as everyone calls it, because if you move it in the light it reflects at you c:

the practice one is also the very first time i've done scratchboard since i was like, in elementary school. this would be my second attempt. not very easy D;

any changes i should make before i turn it in?
obviously i cant erase anything though.
